Just a quickie today. Síofra’s quite playful these days, and preferring to be on her feet more and more (though still needing support of some sort). Those two facts resulted in a little bit of peek-a-boo going on at the weekend, and as she pulled herself up, I grabbed the photo you see above. I took a shot with her head peeking over the top too, but I think I prefer this one (even though it’s not quite sharp, and despite the special appearance of Weetabix crumbs on her hand!).  The photo was taken in Druid’s Glen, where we spent the weekend. I had the camera with me and apart from photographing Síofra I photographed two other things – the round tower at Glendalough and Sunday’s sunset. I haven’t looked at the photos yet on the camera so don’t know how they turned out, but assuming they are at least decently exposed, I might as well post them here tomorrow.  Now I just have to think about something to say about them…

Update: You’ll notice that I didn’t post the photos “tomorrow” – you can blame my being struck down by a cold/sore throat/man flu for that. They’ll appear here soon, but first there’s a regular post to appear. Stay tuned for the next part of my A to Z of Photography series.
